There are units available at 404 King Farm Blvd and 801 Pleasant Drive. This is an opportunity for buyers who would otherwise not be able to afford to live in King Farm. These units are also available for FHA financing. This is huge, there are many condo buildings that are NOT fha approved so this is a great advantage.
